Pretty straightforward behavioral interviews, first round is a Hireview then it was straight to SuperDay which is 3 back to back interviews. All my interviewers were nice and the conversation flowed.

The process begins with a one-way video interview, where you record your responses to a set of pre-prepared questions. If you progress to the Superday stage, it then consists of three separate online video interviews, each focusing on different areas such as your motivation, commercial awareness, technical understanding, and overall fit for the role.
