After reviewing your application, they will invite you to do the Hirevue recorded interview. If you pass that interview stage, you get invited to Superday, which consists of three 20-minute interviews with 5-minute breaks in between each.

My interview process for the Operations Analyst Intern role at Goldman Sachs was primarily behavioral and scenario-based. Rather than focusing on technical finance questions, the interview emphasized judgment, ownership, and how I approach real operational problems

I was asked to walk through specific situations where I had to manage multiple priorities, respond to issues under time pressure
It consisted of 3 rounds, extempore, round 1 interview and a 2nd round of interview. It lasted for 3-4 hours and the results were announced on the same day. It was an online interview wherein zoom was used as the medium.
