First, you submit an online application. Then there is a video screening (e.g., via HireVue) with behavioural questions. If you pass, you move to final interviews or what GS calls a “Superday”

I participated in the Possibilities Summit and did my best to engage and complete the tasks. My engagement earned me an invitation to interview. I first did the Hireview online and then interviewed with the two VP and two associates in the legal department. They asked questions ranging from why are you interested in working at Goldman Sachs to behavioral questions like how would you deal with privacy issues.
