Problem Statement:
You are given a list of events representing when users of a company start and end their talk times. Each event has a username and an event type (start or end).
You need to calculate the total talk time for each user.
Example Input:
A start 1
B start 2
C start 3
A end 5
B end 6

Expected Output:
A -> 4
B -> 4
C -> 5
