The first step is a set of prerecorded questions, to which you are supposed to record answers in a limited amount of time (2 minutes if I recall correctly). The questions are purely behavioral. I was really uncomfortable with this form of an interview, so it didn't go well.

i applied online through their careers page and they sent me a hacker rank coding challenge. The coding challenge was not very difficult. Then it took 2 weeks for a response from them and then there were 2 phone screening rounds
