Interview
There was a single technical round with questions mostly on IND AS, Audit and Tax. A real life scenario was given and technical concepts were tested based on that. Audit was the role that I was interviewed for so it is necessary to brush up the standards on auditing.

The interview process was smooth. It tests ones attitude, body language and behaviour. It included technical questions from accounts,cost and financial management. and questions from the domain you are interviewing for.

The interview was hard. They first questioned me about why GT and why the domain. Their were behavioral questions as well about what you would do in a particular situation.

There are 3 rounds, he, technical and partner. The HR round is easy Adit is mainly focuses on if u r interested to do the work. The later rounds become tougher.
