Very friendly recruiters. This was a first stage interview, so no technical questions were asked. Mostly asked behavioral questions about experiences on your resume. Pretty sure they use AI to generate questions based on your resume.

(Since I worked at Staples) How do you deal with keeping customers happy at Staples when there's a rush and you can't seem to find a solution that fits their needs?
Two 30 minute interviews with senior manager and partner. The interview was purely behavioral questions and a pleasant conversation. They communicated exactly what the role is and answered all the questions I had for them.
