Grant Thornton interview questions

Final interview tested what you know about ACA, how much you know about the audit process and a lot of competency based questions like how to deal with stress, time pressures etc

Fairly easy going. It was more about the fit, so the conversations were very casual. Had a phone screening with a recruiter scheduled within the same day I applied. The second step was having a video call with the tax team leader in the region. They called me a couple hours later to say they were going to proceed with an offer.
