Grant Thornton interview questions

The interview process was.. let me just say you would not have thought it was Grant Thornton. Laid back - no professionalism (Senior functional consultant vaping from the start of the interview to the end). Questions were very strange and not always in line with the role. Very judgemental interviewer - for the first time I'd made my decision that I did not want to join the organisation within 10 minutes of an interview.
