The processes can be scaled through with adequate preparations. No outrageous and extremely difficult tests that an average cannot pass. Sometimes I wonder how people scale through those outrageous test that companies put as part of their recruitment process

It was very conversational. I had two back-to-back zoom interviews. It was clear that the interviewers were interested in my previous work history. The questions were mostly behavioral. Probably one of my favorite interviews.
