Grant Thornton interview questions

The video interview was around 9 questions altogether. 30 seconds were given to prepare and around 2 mins 30 to deliver automatically changing questions. Majority questions required the star technique and had questions such as ‘tell us about a time when you showed leadership in a professional setting’ or ‘tell us about a time where something went going your way and how you solved it. Overall, generic questions, if you use the STAR technique you will be fine

It was a completely unstructured interview process, which I really liked and felt like they really got to know me. I interviewed with two people back to back and really enjoyed talking to both.
