The interview itself was fairly straightforward (back to back virtual) and there were no surprising or tricky questions. However the overall process was disorganized as the company sent out important information literally the night before (first asking for time preferences, then sending meeting links). The representatives ignored all attempts at communication before and after. Do not recommend at all
Applied online. A week later I heard back about going further with the interview process. Interview lasted about 1 hour. I was interviewed by 2 different people, at separate times both lasted about 30 minutes each. A day later got a call back with an offer.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Grant Thornton (Costa Mesa, CA) in Oct 2020
Interview
Cover letter is required.
One round of interviews.
Two back-to-back 30 minute interviews with management.
I got a phone call shortly afterwards from one of my interviewers to inform me I'd received the offer; pretty quick turnaround.
