I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Grant Thornton in Sep 2020
Interview
2 back to back interviews for the first round. First interview was 30 minutes with 2 managers and one of them had their camera off the entire time. The second manager didn't look at me while I was talking and mispronounced my name at the end. Left a very bad taste in my mouth. Did not feel conversational at all. The recruiters were incredibly communicative throughout the entire process though. I didn't receive a round 2 interview, but I'm thankful that I didn't because I didn't feel like I was being treated as a human in the interview.

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you were a leader. A lot of "tell me about a time..." questions and they asked questions where I had to ask for clarification.
First round interview. On-campus interview held in the Business School Career Center. Very casual and typical behavioral interview questions. Was able to go off topic and speak more informally. Interviewer was a manager. Received a second interview after.
