Online assessments psychometric tests, video recorded interviews. Case study question which I found difficult and let me down. Overall experience was positive. I really appreciated how they gave me a phone call after being rejected explaining what aspects let me down.

It is not really hard, but always need to know how to talk and present yourself as much as possible, don't talk less than other, if in the first round you realised people are well presented, then you need to start be more presentable in next round and remember its a war and not a competition.
