I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Grant Thornton in Oct 2020
Interview
The interviews were very conversational, they really are looking for individuals who align with their company culture. Things that I think helped me succeed include my relaxed outlook, flexibility (My interviewer had a client meeting come up five minutes before our scheduled interview and I was able to move my schedule around to meet with him later in the day) and my emphasis on staying mentally and physically fit. One of the key skills was communication skills, and my resume benefited what I said about myself which was an important skill to emphasize on the resume I submitted to GT.

Interview
I applied online through my school's career portal. First round was 2 behavioral interviews (felt more like conversations) with managers. Final round was 1 behavioral interview (again, felt more conversational).
