Grant Thornton interview questions

Basic Interview process. First stage: Aptitude tests which were much easier than other accounting firms (EY and KPMG). Basic and straight forward. Did not have to practise Second Stage: Online behavioural questions. Similar to Hirevue. 3 questions to answer. Given 30 seconds to prepare for each, with a 90 second response. Third Stage: Business Case Study. I did this during COVID, so there was no assessment centre and instead was done via ZOOM. Asked to do a SWOT analysis on a company. Given 30 minutes. Relatively straight forward and easy to prepare Fourth Stage Final: Interview with manager/Partner. All behavioural questions. Nothing to technical Took ages to get back to me though after the interview process. Was close to 3 weeks after.

First I got an Internal referral, followed by an e-mail application, and then 2 on 1 interview with some personality test. the interview process was casual but they do ask a lot of questions so be prepared and stay confident.
