The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Grant Thornton (Minneapolis, MN)
Interview
Quick and diligent hiring process. My experience was unique, but had three 1:1s that were all behavioral-based interviews. No technical questions, although I don’t believe that would be typical for a routine hire.
This was one of the worst interview/recruiting experiences I have ever had. The firm simply did not care about their potential candidates. After the on campus interview itself, they told me they would make a decision regarding a decision in a week. Fast forward 2 weeks and no response from them so I assumed I wasn't selected to proceed, which was fine with me but a generic rejection email would be nice. About a month or two later, I received an email from their HR asking if I was still interested in the position. I replied that I was still interested and guess what... I never heard from them again after that. I thought the company was great at first, but unfortunately this place is a joke.

Interview
I had an on-campus interview, then at the super-day, I also had an interview with 2 different people in the firm. The on-campus interview was quite laid back, and the super-day interview was pretty relaxed as well. They only really asked behavioral questions and no technical questions were asked (this was not for audit but transaction services).
