There were two, 30 minute, informal interviews and one informative sit down with a current employee my age. The first two were pretty easy, we just kind of had a conversation. One of the guys asked me which, of three paintings on the wall, I liked best and why.

2. In person with Hiring Manager - highly technical and focused on background
3. Phone interview with Director - high level interview that I got the sense to determine if I'd be a good 'fit'
