Grant Thornton interview questions

Overall an awesome experience.... It was through employee referral. First the recruiter held a phone screening for 30 minutes (great person), then 2 phone interviews with Manager and Sr. Manager and final was a Video Interview with the Principal of the Practice. Throughout the process I was informed about the decision(s) and the next steps. Very professional and respectful process. All 4 people I spoke with, wanted to understand me and my background.

Very structured process.Applied on line and Interviewed on campus , followed by 3 rounds of interviews in office. The interviewers were very professional and kept me engaged through out the process
