Part A: 9/10 questions, Strengths based. But just treat like normal competency. Found most questions online, but don't remember them
Part B: Report. Needs to analyse each piece of data give. Then explain what you would advice the group to do

Interview
Met at my school's career fair. Chatted with some of the professionals and eventually got invited to an office visit/ interview. Overall, they were very friendly and it was fairly laid back, probably due to the office being a bit smaller. Usually behavioral questions are asked, but it was really just conversation.

Interview
The interviewers are pretty casual and they are very engaging. They did not treat us to dinner or recruit intensively as they were losing interest as students were going straight to the big four or industry and rejecting their offer.
