I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Grant Thornton (San Diego, CA) in Oct 2015
Interview
Met someone at Meet the Firms on campus. Applied online. Interviewed on campus. Got recommended for a fly out interview. Flew out and interviewed in the office that I was applying for.
The interview was very relaxed. I was asked to describe my most recent job experiences on my resume. Based on my descriptions I would be asked behavioral questions. One example is, "During your time in this position, did you ever make any mistakes?" I explained a scenario where I made a mistake, but I also explained how I worked to resolve it. The interview really seemed like a conversation more than a forced interview. However, it was only a behavioral interview and was not technical

Question 1
What skills did you acquire during your previous internship?
Video Interview. I applied online, the process did not take too long. The whole video interview was like 10-15 minutes. Some common behavioural questions. The questions were not hard. Just need to get used to the time constraint and the web cam. Can practice one time.
