Grant Thornton interview questions

I submitted my application and resume through the career services office at my university where it was screened by the recruiter. After being selected for an interview I spoke with the recruiter about general company information. In regards to the the interview, it started off with several behavioral questions, but easily transitioned into a conversational style interview to assess communication skills.

Interviewed with the Managing Director and Senior Manager. To the point and made it more about me than how I fit with them. Showed me around the office - presented how culture affects the workplace. Overall smooth process.
