Grant Thornton Audit/Associate interview questions

The interview process included MBTI and aptitude test before an interview in which there's a strict time limit for aptitude test. If you pass and achieve a higher score than the other candidates of the time you apply, you will receive an interview arrangement. If you're not native English speaker they'll ask you to introduce yourself in English and a few more questions to test your English skill.

The interview process consisted of a single round. The interviewer primarily assessed my fundamental accounting knowledge, including financial principles and reporting standards. Additionally, they tested my proficiency in Excel, specifically the use of the VLOOKUP function and Pivot Tables to analyze and process data. The questions were mostly practical and scenario-based, requiring me to demonstrate problem-solving skills in an audit context.
