Very relaxed feel the entire process. They want to find people that fit well with their culture, so the interviews are more conversation style. They want to hear you talk about yourself, your experiences in work, school, and life.

My resume was passed along to the FIDS team leader by a recruiter. They were really disorganized scheduling my interview and changed the time twice the day of. Interview was with 3 people mostly about my resume. Last interview was all behavioral questions. Followed up via email a week later and no offer.

Interview
You have to spend time networking events prior to the interview to get your foot in the door. One on campus interview back to back, one on one, 30 minute sessions. It was a laid back interview that was very conversational comparatively to other firms. I heard back the next day, they were very punctual.
