Grant Thornton interview questions

The process was very extensive. I was initially contacted by a recruiter in Chicago, who conducted an initial phone interview. Next, I met in person with the Marketing Director. After that, I came in to meet with the marketing team, all of whom were straightforward and very easy to talk to. Finally, I came in again to meet with the Managing Partner. The process took a long time, as they were being very selective about getting the perfect candidate into the position. Ultimately, the position was awarded to an internal candidate, but I was able to expand my network, and it was a very positive experience.

I had a video interview where they asked the usual behavioural questions and questions where you just had to talk about yourself. How have you showed a certain quality through your experience etc.
