I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Grant Thornton in Jan 2016
Interview
On-Campus interview. It was entirely behavioral questions aimed at looking for a good fit within the company, as well as a good fit in advisory. Recruiter was very nice and friendly, engaged in a lot of small talk. In the end, was really stressing that they were looking for applicants with a real desire to work with technology.

Application form, Video Interview (based on competencies they tell you about before, includes one written response), Online Tests (Maths, Verbal and Reasoning) , Assessment Centre (Group exercise and 2 interviews). Interview
Put candidates at ease: Interviewing can be stressful, so do your best to help candidates relax. Make sure each candidate is greeted and escorted, if necessary, to the interview location. Start with low-key questions.
Don't judge on first impressions: We've all met them -- people who don't make a great first impression but end up being great employees. To make sure you don't overlook these diamonds in the rough, withhold judgment until you've had the chance to thoroughly evaluate a candidate's capabilities and potential.
