I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Grant Thornton (Londres, Inglaterra) in Apr 2012
Interview
The telephone interview was typically cold competency based questions, fairly standard and impersonal. There was only one person asking the questions and they were clearly reading through a check list. I was clearly unprepared for the interview but it would not take much to do well in this kind of process. They are predominantly canned questions.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Grant Thornton (Kuala Lumpur) in Aug 2015
Interview
A group interview with two others, quite short, mostly felt like a formality. Had an assessment beforehand to check excel capability. Lasted about 30 minutes, but felt a lot shorter because 3 candidates were involved and answered one by one. Since it was a first interview for all of us, we were pretty nervous.

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Grant Thornton (McLean, VA) in Aug 2015
Interview
Met surge 2 partners, 1 senior manager and went out to lunch with two lower level employees. Everyone was very nice and answered questions honestly. It seems like they have a very good culture- better than big 4 at least. The lunch was very good as well. Not sure if they chose this restaurant especially for me but it was the nicest place in the immediate area.
