Applied through university career services. Received email stating that I had been selected for an on-campus interview. Interview consisted of two 1:1 interviews, a half hour each. One interview was with a partner and the other was with a manager. Basic behavioral questions and going over resume. Got an email 2 weeks later notifying me I would not be extended an offer.

Interview
The people were really down to earth, not snobby or anything.
Interview process was pretty straightforward.
One campus interview of 45 minutes, second round on the office that lasted a whole day.
The got back to me 1 month after the secound round interview.
Negotiated a good salary and adjusted my start date to my convenience.

Dropped resume at the career fair and applied through the campus recruiting website. Following a pre-night mingling event, two half hour 1:1 behavioral interviews were conducted. Second round consisted of an office visit that encouraged teamwork in a social environment. Managers and partners were brought in to conduct panels and field questions.
