Grant Thornton interview questions

Me inscrevi de maneira on-line pela plataforma da JobConvo, realizei os testes on-line e fui chamada para a dinâmica em grupo que foi presencialmente. Após uns 2 meses de espera tive a resposta que passei para a próxima fase que foi uma de painel com os gestores e depois de uma semana tive a notícia positiva que passei no processo.

Grant Thorntons interview process was streamlined and well structured. They asked a series of behavioural questions covering adaptability, problem-solving, collaboration and leadership. These questions were quite open-ended which are not challenging to someone who has worked in a corporate environment before. They do not try and stump you and genuinely allow for an opportunity to present yourself in the best light possible.
