Grant Thornton interview questions

How interviews should be conducted — very laid back and informal. Tell me about yourself, where do you see yourself in 10 years, etc. Interview always ends with ask me some questions, be prepared to ask good questions. They want to hire people with interpersonal skills, which is valued at all companies.

I was interviewed for the Audit Associate - II. The first one was a phone interview with the HR understanding my background. The other set of interviews were with the Partners. The interview went smooth and they were focused on my prior work experience and attitude.
