I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Grant Thornton (Dallas, TX) in Dec 2023
Interview
First round was a phone screen then second round was an interview with the Hiring manager. I’m not sure of the rest of the process because the recruiter never followed up with me. Interviewer was nice but she asked discriminatory questions about whether I had children. She asked how old they were and if they were in daycare which is completely inappropriate. A seasoned HR professional should’ve known better. Normally I don’t mind personal questions, but I felt this was used against me by her response so even though I was interested in the role, I didn’t care they didn’t call me back for the next round. Also, the recruiter never followed up after the 1:1 interview to let me know status I received a rejection letter 2 months later so I would not recommend this place and will tell my colleagues about my experience.

Question 1
What did my day to day look like in previous role?
I was a bit nervous but the interviewer was very welcoming and not intimidating at all. Of course, you'd still have to be professional but they were very friendly. Most of the questions are behavioral, good luck!

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Grant Thornton (Ámsterdam) in Jan 2024
Interview
The interview process was a bit disappointing. It was conducted in a quite informal manner, which gave off the impression that little efforts was put into its organisation. It lacked structure and coherence, making it difficult to gauge the expectations or requirements of the role.
