Grant Thornton interview questions

Two 30-45min interviews after a call with their recruiter. It is pretty straight forward. They do not ask any technical questions for those coming out of college. The interviews were over zoom.

The interview was structured and professional. Jane began by asking about my background and experiences relevant to the position. We then delved into specific scenarios where I demonstrated skills crucial for the role. She also inquired about my aspirations and how I saw myself fitting within the company. After discussing the technical aspects, we touched upon company culture and values. Jane was attentive, taking notes throughout, and ensured I had ample opportunity to ask questions. Overall, the atmosphere was positive, with a good balance of formality and ease.
