Coding: (use any language of choice) - Write a piece of code in a function that would take 3 arguments X, Y, and Z. X is a list of Strings and Y and Z are the integers. Function should reverse the elements of X from the index positions Y and Z (inclusive). You are not allowed to use list slicing or inbuilt functions. solve this problem by using loops.
