Interview
The hiring process contains 5 rounds which are easy to crack.The first round is basic grammar written test and the next is telephonic round to check communication .The third round is online Technical test which is about networking concepts ,ms excel etc if you score above 25 out of 50 you will directly moved ti hr round if not one more face to face technical interview

Interview held on online. It was good . asked few questions about expiriance and real-world scenarios. and asked about past experiences. and expectation and salary things. it was not hard interview
They asked why I was interested in the Service Desk Analyst role and also checked my basic knowledge of tools like MS Outlook. Some scenario-based questions were asked, such as how I would handle a network-related issue reported by a user.

Interview
1. I had normal first interview regarding soft skill. Went well
2. Then I had technical interview. They asked about scenario based questions.
3. For this round I got call after 2-3 weeks. They scheduled a call for the next day and didn't show up for the interview. Very disappointed. I send them a mail but didn't receive any response
