3 stage interview process - First was a technical round on consulting skills, engagement experience and personal motivations et al. Second was with the Practice Head and this was a very balanced discussion on working in teams, aspirations and mapping with company objectives. Last was the HR head round for motivation for change, commitment to join.

Very nice and particular on the job position. All 3 rounds were well organised.HR have emailed complete details + panel was very respectful. They covered all aspects as per the resume and introduce the project and team as well.
