Interview
Very simple 2 rounds of interview. Most of them in this company are from Tamilnadu or Kerala. So, during the interview if the interviewer (is from tamil / kerala) they will try to select only those candidates who are from tamilnadu or keral. Otherwise they will simply ask about new technologies which they themselves wouldn't have worked (as HCL has all the out-dated technology projects). They will get the projects from the clients which other top IT companies would have rejected.
hr round and technical round with manager two rounds of interview . and then hr updates you if your selected or not. the calls occurs within one weeks time. and the hr enquires on current ctc and expected ctc. the hr gives you a clear statement of how the salary will be.

It began with a hackathon as a group of 5 people, where we designed and developed a complete end-to-end architecture for a delivery application. This was followed by a one-on-one technical interview. A few days later, the HR department reached out and offered me the job.
