after applying in on-line they called me for aptitude test, technical interview and then manager interview.
aptitude test - it is general test as other companies.
technical interview - they will ask the questions based on skill set of candidate.
Manager interview - will ask about your previous company, your management skills etc. etc

challenges faced in previous company may be this is not that much difficult question
Not so easy selection process. Coding to be done in a third party system. Interview questions are very basic. Asking about if any previous experience handling cloud based projects and challenges faced.
The interview process was smooth, and I was interviewed thoroughly. They did check my skill sets and what value I will bring to the project or the organization. I was also offered a competitive salary
Interviews are good with average level of questions. HCL worries only when it gives hike to the employees. No hike or single digit hike wont give enough career growth which affect you at the long run.
