t was a quick interview where it was mentioned that there will be a lot of pressure & they asked about the clients I had already closed in my previous company. They were very specific that the team was highly competitive & that I would be focusing on fast revenue companies rather than long process deal
Was nice to give interview here. Really appreciate the process that's followed by the organisation. On time schedule and very punctual about interview timings. Duration was longer but interview process was amazing.

It was a walk in interview at Cinnamon life Colombo. They said to come with relevant documents and just had a casual conversation and asked some technical questions as well.

After these rounds Background verification will be started and will be completed within a week.The program is for 6 months training which consists of 2 months CRT and 4 months OJT.
