Interview
First I was called for Telephonic interview which basically comprised of Technical questions related to previous project experience. It went for about 45 minutes. Interviewer was satisfied with my detailed answering and I was selected for next round which was F2F interview with Technical Manager. After clearing this round I got call from HR within couple of days regarding my job offer.

Tell me about your last project and about your roles and responsibilities ?
Not so easy selection process. Coding to be done in a third party system. Interview questions are very basic. Asking about if any previous experience handling cloud based projects and challenges faced.
The interview process was smooth, and I was interviewed thoroughly. They did check my skill sets and what value I will bring to the project or the organization. I was also offered a competitive salary
Interviews are good with average level of questions. HCL worries only when it gives hike to the employees. No hike or single digit hike wont give enough career growth which affect you at the long run.
