They herded all applicants, of which there were approximately forty, to a written test. The instructions said that we can use pseudocode to solve the problems, but halfway through the test, they said that they wanted actual code, which takes longer to write correctly.

it was a written scheduled for the jobseeker which was same for either 1 year experienced or 5 year experienced,so it was not a fair way of selecting candidates as they both won't be having same level of experience.if you clear this then there was a technical interview f2f and then a HR f2f .
