I applied online. I interviewed at HCLTech (Noida) in Mar 2019
Interview
Two technical rounds followed by a group head discussion and one HR round. And after 3 weeks of process I was informed that I am not being given offer as my salary is on higher side which was the case from day1. So in my opinion this whole exercise was complete waste of time for both parties.
Technical rounds were based on UI questions and scenarios.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HCLTech (Bengaluru) in Jun 2015
Interview
No hard and fast rule for HCL interview. It all depends on your resume. But main emphasis on client interview. If you could crack client interview, you can negotiate salary equal to product based companies.
Initial round with Technical recruiter, next had 2 rounds of interview with Technical General Managers, after that they have arranged interview with customer (Enterprise Architect, Senior Manager & Director). Final round with HR.
