HCLTech Voice Process interview questions

First round will be CV Screening Test then Spoke about any topic for five minutes stand alone among the group of 20 members, after clearing moved to Group Discussion there they arranged a group of 10 members from them they filtered who spoke bold and short with matter, then moved to voice ascent it has been arranged in call to know the clarity of the speech then clearing moved to final round of Process Manager round regarding about the Process work and the regularity of the work and timings.

The interview was started with introduction and the candidates who were able to represent their self in a better way were selected for the next gd round, and after the gd round there was an face to face interview round.
