Interview
They keep on recruiting at-least once every month. The first round is aptitude which consist of evaluating a candidate on their Quantitative & Communication capabilities. Second round is Group discussion which usually happens on the same day after you clear the first round. The third round usually happens another day which is a personal interview consisting of a panel of two members i.e. A Production manager and A Project leader. If you clear that you get further instructions in an email pretty soon.

The panel questioned me regarding my final year project, hobbies, strength and weakness, and few other general questions.

First 2 rounds are conducted jointly by HR and a few employees. The last 2 interview rounds are the key rounds basis on which the selection takes place.
