The selection process consists of 3 rounds
1) Aptitude Test :- This round consists of Quantitative Aptitude, English, Spatial, Logic
- In Quantitative Aptitude there are questions related to percentage, averages, profit and loss, simple and compound interest.
- In Logical reasoning there are questions related to blood relations, guess next image, guess next tilted image, Alphabets, odd man out
- In Spatial test there are questions related to mirror reflection, water reflection, no of squares and triangles in a image
- In English there is a comprehension consisting of questions and other aptitude questions
2) Second Round is GD once you clear the aptitude you are called for GD and psychometric test
In Gd they only check your english speaking ability . They ask on topics like Jungle or zoo best place for animals, Social media boon or curse, Education system etc
3)Psychometric test is the last round In this round there are general questions like do you get good sleep, are you afraid of dark, are you suspicious about your friend etc just remember the answer you gave because they will ask the same question in the twisted manner if your answers are different you wont get point
I gave interview in Here Technology 4 times and 3 times I cleared all rounds but Failed in psychometric test every time I passed Aptitude and GD but they didn't Clear me in the Psychometric test don't know the reason but the judgement was Unfair.
Overall had good experience at Here technologies
They have cool office and good working environment
