Interview Experience at HERE Technologies (Lead Software Engineer Role) My interview experience was very disappointing and unprofessional. The process included just one DSA question and one SQL query (to find the Nth highest salary). I solved both successfully, yet the feedback took 5 days to arrive, only to be told it was “not positive” with no explanation. Cons: Lack of transparency in evaluation. Very slow response time (took almost a week for basic feedback). Feedback was vague and not constructive. Overall, it felt like a waste of time. Advice to Management: If you reject a candidate, provide clear and timely feedback. Candidates invest serious time and effort into preparation and deserve a more professional experience.

Three rounds of technical interviews, one techno managerial round and one final hr round. Took 45 days to complete the process. Questions were more situational. Interviewer looked for the approach rather than exact solution to the problem.
