This was a very disjointed and confusing process. I never spoke with a Talent Professional, the process was initiated by the hiring manager reaching out after I applied. This was confusing as I was not aware that I was meeting with the hiring manager, this is usually when the talent team reaches out. We had a great conversation and I was told that there would be a but of time before hearing anything else because the holidays would be coming in two weeks. So over a month later, the hiring manager reached out and asked if I was still interested in the position, I was, so they said they will set up some interviews, I had no idea of the amount of interviews or what the process was going to look like. I ended up doing six additional interviews, with possible stakeholders and teammates. Then there was no communication from their side at all. After a week I emailed the hiring manager in search of an update, and I was told in a reply that they went with someone else.
