Formal processes regular in corporate world. Just preparing yourself thoroughly and get confident on what you will reply in the interview processes. Inquired work duty information and clarified what is their priority currently in this position that opening position.
Online first. Then again online. Then offline. Then hr. Cordial. Last group int with 5 or 6 people. Took over 1 month for the whole process to complete. Offer came 2 weeks later
