still waiting for interview from the last telephone interview i had. they just got information on my previous employment. what is my grade level and current compensation. They also ask if i'm in full-time hire or part-time. What were my achievements and business results

procedure was duidelijke en het sollicitatiegesprek ging heel goed. Het eerste gesprek was Hr en het tweede gesprek was met de hiring manager uit de verenigde staten. De procedure duurde 2 weken maar heb uiteindelijk het aanbod geaccepteerd.

First I went through call interview, after that I’ve been to the company offices in which the team leader interviewed me and then I passed online tests. In the end, HR interviewed me as well
El proceso de entrevista es bueno y te llaman los directamente comprometidos o que tienen injerencia en el proceso, y noté crecimiento de personas dentro la compañía lo que no me gusto mucho es que le dan más prioridad a personas recomendaos por otros funcionarios así no cumplan con el perfil que a las personas que se postulan
