HSBC Assistant Vice President interview questions

Hiring was the most frustrating part in Global market Bangalore . I was interviewed in September 2018 and it took around 2 months to complete all rounds. I was repeatedly told every two weeks offer will come in 15 days or so. Finally they told in Feb2019 the role is cancelled. Couple of observation 1) Why waste so much time of people when budgeting is not done 2) Zero transparency in recruitment process and hr will not even bother to revert Expect firm to value people's time and give a good impression upfront
