Assessment Centre was online and fairly short in length. Half of it was used to carry out video assessments simillar to the Job Simulation whilst the other half was live interviews. This interviews were rigid in nature to allow all candidates an equal experience, but it meant it was much less conversational than other interviews because the interviewers were not allowed to ask relevant follow up questions.
